Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, you will manage general maintenance and service operations in our long-term care home. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance programs and completing various repairs, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow Preventive and Demand Maintenance Programs
• Perform routine tasks and maintenance checks
• Complete repairs including plumbing and electrical work
• Inspect and ensure operation of Life Safety systems
• Maintain logs and regular maintenance reports

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, trade certificate an asset
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a unionized workplace preferred
• Knowledge of WHMIS, OH & S regulations
