AgeCare is looking for a dedicated Recreation Therapy Aide in Chestermere, AB, to support recreational opportunities for residents. This role requires maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to the evaluation of recreational programs. You will work various shifts and help ensure that all supplies meet health standards while fostering social connections among residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support planned and spontaneous recreation activities for residents
• Maintain accurate departmental records and documentation
• Contribute to ongoing program evaluation and quality improvement




• Ensure recreational supplies and equipment are up to standard
• Participate in shift work, including evenings and weekends

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies or related field
• Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program
• Experience in recreational services in healthcare settings
• Ability to adapt to a agile care environment
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
