Become a Licensed Practical Nurse with S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Multi-Level Care Society, delivering specialized care for seniors in a supportive environment. Engage actively with residents and the care team to ensure their needs are met.
Reporting to the Director of Community Services, your role will involve providing essential nursing services alongside managing the care workforce. Your ability to communicate and organize will directly impact the quality of life for our residents, ensuring cultural appropriateness in all care aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized nursing care to seniors
• Lead care staff in resident care execution
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary setting
• Employ problem-solving to address care challenges
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of resident health
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse school
• Current nursing practice membership with BCCNM
• Robust communication abilities, written and spoken
• Capable of interacting competently with residents
• Physical readiness to meet job requirements
