Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery for OTC special projects and system migrations
• Document comprehensive business and technical requirements
• Utilize advanced mapping techniques for workflows and data flows




• Develop and update SOPs and training materials

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a strategic analyst role
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
