Become a Senior Land Analyst with the Ministry of Energy and Minerals in Edmonton. This role offers a full-time opportunity to steer significant decisions impacting Alberta’s fossil fuel sector.

As a Senior Land Analyst, you will utilize your analytical skills to manage Alberta’s petroleum rights and provide recommendations for agreement continuations. Your responsibilities will include drafting documents, supporting decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your work will directly influence industry relationships and the energy sector’s governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and respond to industry requests and applications
• Provide guidance on complex agreements and decisions
• Support the Team Lead in oversight and mentoring




• Draft and communicate internal and external documents
• Analyze compliance with relevant legislation

Requirements:
• Diploma in Land Administration or Business Administration
• At least two years of directly related experience
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling transactions
