With over five years of experience in workforce development and a solid understanding of WIOA regulations, you will supervise staff and drive strategic initiatives to maximize program impact. Your leadership will ensure compliance, performance excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery




• Implement strategic initiatives for program compliance

Requirements:
