Building Drying Team Lead (Post-Loss, Non-Destructive) WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE Lead a trained, capable team of technicians, including scheduling, hiring, evaluations, and more.
Manage your building-drying files from diagnosis and client contact to follow-up and closeout.
Serve as your team’s technical resource on complex files.
Handle administrative follow-up, including estimates, work slips, and the team budget.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A solid technical foundation in post-loss restoration, construction, renovation, building maintenance, mechanics, or a related field.
Experience leading a team as a team lead, foreman, supervisor, or in a similar role.
Ease with clients: you can explain a technical intervention and reassure someone whose building has just been affected.
The ability to manage several files at once.
A strong understanding of occupational health and safety standards.
A valid driver’s licence is required.
WHAT WE OFFER $30 to $34 per hour, based on experience.
Approximately $74,650 to $84,170 per year in total, including bonuses and overtime.
An annual performance bonus in addition to your salary.
Time-and-a-half overtime, approximately 200 hours per year.
A $125 on-call premium per weekend, one weekend out of two.
An FTQ Solidarity Fund RRSP through payroll deduction, including the 30% tax credits.
At least two weeks of vacation,
