Strengthen CIBC’s control environment as a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant in Toronto. This role focuses on enhancing Quality Assurance programs for regulatory compliance and control testing.

At CIBC, you’ll report to the Director of Control Testing Quality Assurance. You will leverage your 8-12 years of experience in QA, control testing, and risk management. Your expertise in eGRC platforms and regulatory frameworks including OSFI and SOX will be essential in executing independent reviews and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform independent QA reviews of control testing
• Provide challenge to testers and stakeholders
• Enhance QA framework and methodologies




• Identify issues and deliver insights for improvement
• Develop QA reporting for senior leadership

Requirements:
• 8–12+ years in QA, control testing, or audit
• Proficient in eGRC platforms like MetricStream
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations and documentation
• Robust critical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize findings for executive reporting
