Key Responsibilities:



• Remain at the kettle for entire shifts to ensure donation security • Answer donor questions about Salvation Army initiatives • Project a positive image while engaging with the public • Work under minimal supervision throughout shifts • Abide by all TSA policies and safety regulations

Requirements: • Customer service experience preferred, up to one year • Some high school education, completion is an asset • Experience with money handling is beneficial • Understanding of TSA mission and compliance policies • Physical ability to lift kettle equipment up to 25 lbs
