FLS Transportation Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative, Track & Trace, to join our growing team. This is a one (1) year contract. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and take pride in providing service solutions to Customers. Responsibilities Supporting all service requirements of assigned FLS Customers to exceed expectations; Identifying the service requirements and information required for each Customer shipment; Appointment setting; Track drivers from point of origin to destination to ensure that they are on schedule for pick-up and delivery appointments; Assist carriers with any issues or delays encountered throughout the shipment life cycle (advising appropriate
