Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate meaningful participation in the community • Assist in personal care and life skills development • Administer medication according to protocols • Create and implement individual support strategies • Promote client independence and personal goals
Requirements: • Minimum of a secondary school diploma • Preference for human services-related qualifications • Valid Driver’s License with vehicle access • Mandatory Clear Vulnerable Sector Check • Prior experience in developmental services is ideal
