Candidates must attain experience in IT programs and services as well as thorough understanding of current and new architectures, technologies, and products.
Candidates are responsible for supporting large-scale IT infrastructure projects on Internet Security, Cloud Services, Directory Services, and Networking.
They will have to report to the Manager of Infrastructure Management Services and participate in planning, coordination, reporting, budgeting, and consulting activities to support various TSD operating tasks and capital initiatives.
Job requirement Candidates must have the ability to efficiently manage various tasks, conflicting priorities, and challenging, time-sensitive technological projects while leading, coaching,



and inspiring both staff and project team members.
They have to create business cases, feasibility studies, project charters and plans and support the management with trend analysis, budget development, tracking, and variation reporting.
They should have to use MS Project to maintain project timelines based on functional and technical requirements.
Work setting Candidates have extensive knowledge of organizing IT infrastructure projects in a challenging computing environment.
Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint tools.
They have expertise in PMBOK and ITIL best practices for IT service management Along with their highly developed management.
