Join Davey Tree Expert Co. as a Groundperson and DZ Driver, working onsite in Pickering, Ontario. You will safely transport crew and equipment while actively participating in tree services on location.

This full time role requires a valid DZ driver's license and includes important tasks like vehicle inspections and maintaining cleanliness. As part of the team, you will engage in defining activities such as tree pruning and the safe removal of hazardous trees, ensuring adherence to industry safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive truck with crew and tools to job sites
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections as required
• Ensure truck cleanliness, interior and exterior
• Assist crew leader and ground team effectively
• Carry out secure tree pruning and removal tasks

Requirements:
• Holding a valid AZ or DZ driver’s license
• Experience in Forestry, Horticulture, or Landscaping preferred
• Willingness to obtain Arborist certification
• Familiarity with tree, knot, and shrub identification
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably
