Reporting to the Director of Property Services, you will oversee the Capital Branch, managing all phases of housing and government infrastructure projects on settlement lands. This key position includes developing an asset management program and managing the Capital budget and funding applications. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full lifecycle capital project management
• Develop and track the Property Services Capital budget
• Coordinate and report on funding applications




• Assist in establishing an asset management program
• Supervise significant renovations and new construction

Requirements:
• Completion of Construction Management program or PMP designation
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
• Knowledge of construction trades and civil works
• Valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Criminal Records Check required
