In this full-time role, you will provide key leadership for non-academic activities within the Department of Curriculum and Pedagogy. Collaboration with the Department Head is crucial as you oversee the day-to-day operations, including finance, human resources, facilities, and communication. Your expertise in university policies will guide team members and enhance overall departmental effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administrative management of EDCP operations
• Oversee financial resources and budget of $2.5 million
• Develop fiscal policy for short- and long-term strategies




• Analyze financial reports and address issues proactively
• Liaise with faculty and departments for best practices

Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of university admin practices
• Solid financial management skills with prior leadership
• Proven judgment skills in administrative roles
• Experience in non-academic operational management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
