You'll collaborate closely with the site team while performing essential repairs in plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep. Key Responsibilities:
• Address maintenance requests and complete repairs on time
• Support training for optimal safety and health standards
• Complete suite turnovers to Class A standards




• Manage external contractor activities during repairs
• Document maintenance tasks and resident communication

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in maintenance, including plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong communication skills with residents and team members
• Sound judgment in managing priorities and tasks
• Availability for in office work and on-call duties
