The Opportunity The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget The role involves coordinating with clients subcontractors suppliers and internal teams while maintaining high standards of safety quality and compliance
What you will do Plan coordinate and oversee construction projects from pre constructions to final handover
Develop project scopes budgets schedules and resource plans
Manage project teams including site managers engineers subcontractors and vendors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and legal requirements
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement migration strategies
Control project costs and manager changes to project scope or schedule
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management
Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the construction process
Conduct project closeout procedures and ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field
5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Proven track record of managing residentialcommercialinfrastructure construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes materials safety regulations and legal guidelines
Proficiency in project management software eg MS Project Primavera Procore
Excellent leadership organizational and time management skills
Robust negotiation communication and problem solving abilities
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
