Join Prep Academy Tutors as a High School Math Tutor, where you will enhance students' understanding with personalized, in-home educational support. This part time role offers the ability to connect with students and their families.

In this position, you will deliver academic support aligned with the Ontario curriculum to senior students. You will develop supplemental assignments to reinforce learning and provide both remedial and enrichment assistance, tailored to individual needs. Maintaining communication with guardians is key to tracking progress and ensuring student success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct personalized math tutoring sessions
• Develop and assign supplemental exercises to students
• Provide tailored remedial and enrichment support




• Communicate regularly with students' parents/guardians
• Adjust strategies based on ongoing progress tracking

Requirements:
• Background in teaching or tutoring high school math
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences
• Willingness to travel to student homes in the Durham Region
• OCT certification or currently studying Education preferred
