Your responsibilities include assessing care needs and coaching unregulated care providers, all within a supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver goal-directed nursing care in accordance with standards
• Build solid relationships with residents and families
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain documentation




• Adapt care plans based on ongoing evaluations
• Provide direction and mentorship to unregulated caregivers

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience with senior care preferred
• Strong clinical and communication abilities
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid
• Willingness to obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check
