1. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures for safety and compliance, ensuring DOT, SGI, and OH&S; requirements are met.
2. Establish work priorities for inspection reports, maintenance schedules, ELD audits, and compliance files; ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
3. Administer company policies and procedures for DOT compliance, SGI claims, accident reporting, drug testing, ELD monitoring, and carrier profile management.
4.Coordinate the preparation, filing, and release of safety and compliance records, including DOT inspection documents, SGI submissions, carrier files, and maintenance reports.
5. Conduct administrative reviews and analyses of inspection results, ELD driver logs, accident registers, and compliance reports to support corrective actions and operational improvements.
6. Prepare and assemble data for periodic and special reports, such as DOT audit reports,



ELD violation summaries, SGI compliance updates, safety manuals, and incident reports.
7. Supervise records management tasks related to compliance files, ELD records, SGI documentation, accident and inspection reports, and carrier profiles.
8. Conduct risk assessments.
Qualifications: Must have post-secondary education in administration or logistics.
Experience with safety and compliance in transportation industry.
Managerial experience an asset, but not required.
Experience with fleet maintenance.
