In this LTO role at DDSB, you will develop lesson plans that captivate Core 4-8 students while assessing their progress to enhance educational outcomes. Building a positive classroom community is crucial, as is collaborating with colleagues and adapting teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create stimulating lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Establish an inclusive classroom workplace for all students




• Partner with fellow educators and parents for student success
• Adjust teaching techniques according to student diversity

Requirements:
• Ontario teaching certificate (OCT) valid and in good standing
• Specialized qualifications in French as a Second Language
• Successful completion of the French competency test
• Background Check with vulnerable sector screening needed
• Commitment to creating an equitable learning space
