Become a Quality Control Inspector at I-A-P, responsible for the inspection and verification of piping fabrication. This role offers training and opportunities for professional growth.
I-A-P seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate for this key position. You will be involved in inspecting materials, verifying welding processes, and maintaining accurate records throughout the fabrication process. Robust technical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are crucial for this role. Training and mentorship will be provided to enhance your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect materials for compliance with industry standards
• Validate welding procedures and welder qualifications
• Conduct thorough dimensional inspections of fabricated components
• Manage inspection documentation and quality records
• Track non-conformances and assist in corrective actions
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience related to quality control
• Exceptional organizational and computer skills
• High attention to detail in documentation practices
• Understanding of MTRs, WPS, and NDT preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
