Skyline is expanding its Biogas operations team and seeks a detail-oriented Plant Operator I for our Elmira, ON facility. You will assist with the daily operations and maintenance of equipment at our premier biogas facility.

Join Skyline's biogas facility in Elmira, which is one of Canada's largest and has been converting organic waste into renewable electricity since 2014. As a Plant Operator I, you will engage in startup, shutdown, and operational tasks while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform startup and shutdown of facility equipment
• Identify and report operational issues




• Document preventative maintenance processes
• Conduct site inspections and audits
• Attend ongoing job-related training sessions

Requirements:
• High School Diploma is mandatory
• Previous manufacturing or plant experience preferred
• Solid general computer skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of safe work practices per regulations
