Key Responsibilities:
• Operate graders efficiently to meet quality targets
• Utilize GPS systems for accurate grading
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and hazard assessments




• Maintain machinery and report maintenance needs
• Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of grading experience needed
• Familiarity with GPS systems (Topcon, Trimble, etc.)
• Capability to read grade plans and blueprints
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• CSTS 2020 certification and Ground Disturbance Level 2
