Reporting to the Manager of People Health, you will provide essential support, education, and advice for creating sustainable accommodations for employees facing challenges. Your expertise in legal analysis and workplace culture will drive meaningful reintegration strategies, helping employees return to work safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on disabilities and accommodation approaches
• Develop and execute accommodation strategies
• Conduct assessments for ongoing accommodation success




• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and managers
• Educate clients on labour relations and legal obligations

Requirements:
• Degree in related fields; HR/Disability certifications preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare environments
• Robust analytical, relationship management, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of labor and human rights regulations
• Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges
