Drive operational success as a Plant Performance Specialist in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. This temporary role focuses on KPIs, OEE, and improving manufacturing standards over an 18 to 24 month contract.

As a Plant Performance Specialist at Roquette, you will collaborate closely with the Production Manager and the Performance Team to analyze data and address production challenges. Your expertise will help enhance OEE, adhere to the Master Plan, and uphold safety and quality standards across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report monthly production capacities
• Analyze downtime data and prioritize improvements
• Support budget preparation for CAPEX and OPEX
• Identify and manage performance improvement opportunities
• Conduct Gemba Walks and assess performance implementations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Business
• 1-3 years in manufacturing or process improvement
• Knowledge of Operational Excellence concepts and Lean tools
• Familiarity with data analytics and industrial processes
• Training in Lean Six Sigma preferred
