As a Project Manager,Product strategyM&A; at Innovair Solutions, you will play a key rolein the integration and optimization of product portfolios resulting from thecompany’s acquisitions. You will help identify growth opportunities, businesssynergies, and portfolio rationalization initiatives to maximize the value ofour investments. Through your business acumen, leadership, and strategicexpertise, you will actively contribute to the evolution of our productoffering and our long‑term success.
On adaily basis, you will:
Analyze product portfolios fromacquired companies and identify growth, synergy, and cross-sellingopportunities;
Evaluate product positioning,served markets, and customer needs to recommend the most appropriatestrategic directions;
Collaborate closely withMarketing, Sales, R&D;, and Supply Chain teams to facilitate theintegration and development of acquired portfolios;




Analyze product and categoryperformance to develop actionable recommendations and plans;
Develop portfolio, positioning,and pricing strategies in partnership with market leaders and categorydirectors;
Support the evaluation ofintegration opportunities and future acquisitions through your product,market, and commercial expertise;
Lead cross‑functional meetingsand engage stakeholders around business priorities;
Conduct analyses, research, andfollow-ups required to ensure the success of strategic projects;
Contribute equally to strategicthinking and execution of initiatives;
Take ownership of variousproduct-related strategic mandates in a context of growth andacquisitions.
