**Job Title: Framer**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Framer, where you will be responsible for the full assembly of construction modular units within our facility.

You will collaborate with team members, utilizing various hand and power tools, and interpret basic drawings to ensure accurate assembly.

Framers will work across different departments as needed, contributing to the creation and movement of modular units.
**Responsibilities**
Perform full assembly of construction modular units.

Collaborate with team members to complete assembly tasks.

Utilize various hand and power tools effectively.

Interpret and work from basic drawings to ensure proper assembly.

Perform tasks related to rough carpentry and framing.

Conduct renovations as required in the facility.

Complete layouts and read drawings to ensure accurate construction.

Assist in tasks involving drywall, sheet metal, carpentry, and plumbing.
**Essential Skills**
Minimum of 2 years of renovation experience, specifically in carpentry and framing.

Proficiency with hand and power tools, including hammers, drills, screwdrivers, and other essential equipment.

Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

Capability to perform layouts and read construction drawings.
**Work Environment**
Work primarily indoors in a bay, with occasional trips outside to gather materials.

Enjoy a day shift from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, typically Monday to Friday
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Midland,ON.
