NOTE: This job posting is for Afternoon Shift (4PM to 12: 30AM) and it is on-site job.

This position is responsible for assembling a variety of electronic and/or mechanical equipment to ensure products are on time for shipment.

The successful candidates will read and interpret instructions, assemble parts and tools, and fit electronic components together.

Issue

Quality Escape Report (QER) to the appropriatepersonnelasrequired
Participate in lean eventssuch as 5S andbasicworkstationredesign
Maintain 5Sstandards intheworkcell
Ensure anti-staticprotection is alwaysworn topreventdamage tostaticsensitiveparts
Work in asafemanner and ensure appropriate training is taken todo taskssafely
Report any incidentsor injurieswhileon the job
As needed, will be required to run smart tools and automated test equipment on assembled devices

Flexibility and adaptability to work anywhere on the shop floor
Experience in wiring, soldering, cabling and/or mechanical fabrication
Ability to read assembly drawings and schematics
Good understanding of verbal and written communication
Valuable interpersonal skills are an asset, as this position will require occasional interdepartmental communications
Basic computer skills are required
Ability to lift up to 25lbs as part of daily duties
