This is a highly hands-on FP&A; leadership role focused on driving financial accountability,
operational visibility, and data integrity across a growing and evolving organization.

Reporting to the
VP, Finance, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting profitability, financial
performance, operational decision-making, and long-term strategic planning across multiple
business entities.
A key focus of the role will be improving the consistency, quality, and usability of financial and
operational data across the organization.

Given the complexity of multiple business units, evolving
processes, and wide-ranging reporting structures, this role requires someone who is comfortable
navigating ambiguity, identifying inefficiencies, and helping create scalable and sustainable
reporting practices.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
CPA Required
5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a
related role, preferably within insurance or financial services
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with the ability to translate
complex data into clear business insights
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making through
data-driven analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP and
planning systems is an asset
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial
concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Insurance Background
