Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with IATF and customer quality standards
• Lead development and improvement of quality control systems
• Oversee audits of processes, equipment, and personnel




• Address customer concerns with effective corrective actions
• Coach staff in problem-solving methods and tools

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier
• Internal Auditor certification or equivalent
• Proficiency in APQP, FMEA, and other quality tools
• Solid analytical and communication skills
