Key Responsibilities:
• Manage domestic and foreign trademark prosecutions and oppositions
• Input matters into the IP Practice Management system




• Prepare and file trademark applications in diverse industries
• Review and report correspondence from CIPO effectively
• Collaborate with the team to handle urgent deadlines

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of trademark experience required
• Knowledge of IP and document management systems
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Paralegal or Law Clerk Diploma is an asset
