Reporting to the PMO Manager, you’ll oversee Fleetway’s Integrated Master Schedule designed to optimize project performance. Engage with various teams to ensure accurate scheduling, identify potential conflicts, and establish standards that promote consistency across the organization, contributing to successful project completions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Fleetway's Integrated Master Schedule
• Partner with functional teams to align on delivery priorities
• Monitor schedule quality, reporting, and forecasting for reliability




• Support resource planning and capacity assessments
• Generate actionable reports and metrics for governance

Requirements:
• 5+ years in project controls or scheduling
• Experience with tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Deep knowledge of critical path analysis and dependencies
• Advanced problem-solving and communication skills
• Must obtain Government of Canada security clearance
