You will establish and govern CI processes site-wide, ensuring that all departments are equipped to own their improvement projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and govern CI processes across the site
• Drive implementation of effective Management Operating System
• Facilitate CI initiatives and departmental ownership
• Report on CI performance and value delivery
• Oversee technology initiatives ensuring operational alignment
Requirements:
• Preferred engineering degree or related experience
• 7+ years in CI leadership or operational excellence
• Solid Lean Six Sigma knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
