Reporting directly to the Superintendent – EMS Operations, you will handle various emergency responses, including patient assessments and treatment in line with provincial standards. Expertise in both Basic and Advanced Life Support Patient Care Standards is essential, as is compliance with documentation requirements and safety protocols established by the Ministry of Health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Timely response to emergency ambulance calls and CACC notifications
• Conduct thorough triage assessments for patients
• Provide care in line with established patient care standards




• Maintain accurate documentation for incidents and reports
• Ensure cleanliness and operation of emergency vehicles

Requirements:
• Meet all qualifications for a primary care paramedic
• Hold a valid Ontario Class “F” driver's licence
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills essential
• Thorough understanding of Occupational Health regulations
• Experience as a paramedic is an asset
