This role encapsulates a dual focus: acting as a Reference Librarian to streamline research for the Training Team and as a Records Librarian to oversee compliance and documentation of Intellectual Property (IP). Your expertise will ensure that Amii's educational resources are accessible while maintaining the integrity and competitive advantage of our research outputs through robust governance and documentation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop centralized taxonomies for AI training content
• Conduct audits to improve content discoverability
• Create automated workflows linking education to research
• Steer the documentation of IP and copyright records
• Manage the preservation process for organizational documents
Requirements:
• MLIS from an accredited institution
• 3+ years in library or knowledge management settings
• Strong experience with copyright and licensing frameworks
• Proficiency with Digital Asset Management tools
• Deep understanding of Canadian IP law and standards
