In this full time position, the Market Lead connects the Market team and the Market Manager, ensuring attractive product displays and optimal stock levels. Key Responsibilities:
• Stock and rotate products according to merchandising standards
• Collaborate with Warehouse for proper stock management
• Supervise, train, and motivate Market Associates
• Communicate grocery needs and issues to the Market Manager
• Maintain safe and compliant working conditions

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail stocking experience desired
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
