In this position, you will oversee processing plant circuits, ensuring all operations run smoothly while filling in for the Supervisor when needed. Your responsibilities include training staff, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining high safety standards in a team-oriented environment. Work residentially in Red Lake while enjoying its outdoor lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate and manage plant circuits
• Act as Supervisor during absences
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
• Conduct training sessions for plant operators
• Promote a clean and safe work atmosphere

Requirements:
• Mill Common Core certification required
• Strong mechanical skills
• Proficient with computer applications
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Capable of working under pressure
