Job Description :
Our Calgary based client is looking for a Tier-1 Support Specialist to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.

IT support experience.

Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.

Strong understanding of IT service management practices.

Experience with enterprise systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments and ticketing system.

Experience with legal technology/platforms/software is a must.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

Positive Communication.

Proven Experience In :
Provide clear guidance and support to end users.Maintain professional and client-focused communication.Resolve common IT problems or elevate as required.
