The role focuses on high-quality refinishing by mixing colors accurately and preparing surfaces for painting. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW service plan
• Inspect bodywork and advise on necessary repairs
• Address paint issues through wet sanding and polishing
• Prepare and mask vehicles for painting
• Mix paint accurately for color matching

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Red Seal Certification preferred but not essential
• Robust attention to detail in all tasks
• Must have own tools and valid driver's license
