As the HR Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving Avidbots' human resource strategies. You will focus on developing talent mapping initiatives, improving employee relations, and guiding performance management cycles to ensure effective workplace practices throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to departmental leaders
• Drive key initiatives in the People & Culture roadmap
• Resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with managers




• Oversee the annual performance management process effectively
• Partner with others on corporate HR processes and programs

Requirements:
• 2+ years as an HR Manager within high-growth sectors
• CHRL certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of North American employment law
• Adaptable and agile mindset with business acumen
