This entry-level role supports day-to-day laboratory operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. You’ll assist with routine testing, sample handling, equipment operation, and documentation under established procedures. It’s a solid junior lab job for someone who wants real bench time and stable work rather than busywork. or related field; Or equivalent technical training with at least 1 year of lab experience; Familiarity with basic laboratory practices and measurement techniques; Ability to follow written procedures with consistency; Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits; Basic computerproficiency (LIMS experience is a bonus). Preferred Qualifications (aren’t mandatory but they help): Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline; Experience in a GMP, ISO, or similarly regulated setting; Exposure to analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, etc.). Compensation & Schedule Pay range : $24-28 per hour, depending on experience; Employment type : Full-time, hourly; Schedule : In office, standard weekday shifts with occasional flexibility during production cycles.
