In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of HS&E;, applying established practices in Health, Safety, and Environment within various construction projects. You'll support audit preparations, collect and analyze data, and provide guidance to project management teams. Your contributions will enhance HS&E; compliance and drive continuous improvement in safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop hazard assessments to improve safety conditions
• Conduct inspections and focus audits per HS&E; requirements
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance




• Collect performance data related to incidents and audits
• Generate reports to communicate findings to stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HS&E; experience
• High school diploma required; OH&S; degree preferred
• Pursuing CRSP, CSP, or other HS&E; designation preferred
• Understanding of OHS programs and policies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
