The candidate must be physically fit and able to lift supplies weighing up to 25 kg over a distance of 30 metres, including bags of fertilizer and cone buckets, and regularly operate equipment such as orchard lifts, pruners, weed eaters, and mowers.
The candidate must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including cold winter weather, work around potential allergens such as pollen, grass, insects, chemical pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, and safely work at heights of up to 5 metres using ladders and lifts.
The candidate must be at least 16 years of age.
