In this role, you'll be responsible for developing project scopes, technical specifications, and safety plans for industrial buildings. You'll work closely with other engineering professionals to ensure the designs are cost-effective and compliant with all regulations. Additionally, you will leverage your architectural knowledge to create 3D models and drawings that meet all project goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and review project Scope of Services and facilities documents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on design projects
• Inspect and check 2D drawings and 3D structural models
• Incorporate safety measures into all design aspects
• Assist in cost estimation and procurement processes
Requirements:
• Architectural degree from an accredited institution
• Registration with Alberta Architects Association preferred
• 6+ years of experience in industrial design projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microstation software
• Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian building codes
