Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive financial reports and forecasts
• Conduct monthly operations analyses and reconciliations
• Oversee grant expenditure tracking for compliance
• Develop and optimize internal financial processes
• Facilitate training for non-financial staff on procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting or a related discipline
• CPA designation preferred or in progress
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Robust analytical skills and focus on detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
