Make an impact in elder care with TREC at the University of Alberta as a Senior Research Assistant. This in-person position emphasizes coordinating complex research initiatives related to trauma-informed care.

Based at North Campus Edmonton, you will work under a Project Coordinator to enhance research activities that involve stakeholder engagement and data collection efforts. Your role includes communication with care home staff and research participants, ensuring comprehensive coordination of the research team. Together, these efforts aim to improve the quality of care in nursing homes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide research team activities effectively
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration




• Assist in the collection and analysis of data
• Communicate with care home staff and participants
• Manage administrative tasks related to research

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a research support role
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Robust interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Knowledge in elder care or related fields
• Flexibility to travel for research purposes
