Job Description / Duties Customer service for our Personal Lines, Autopac and other office duties
Yearly review of client policy accounts, cross-selling and upselling
Maintain documentation in client file and BMS (Power Broker)
Dedication to provide utmost care and service in providing protection for our clients
New business quoting/submissions and ongoing marketing servicing/efforts.
Qualifications / Required Skills Broker General Insurance License Level 1 Agent
IWS Autopac certification
Proficient in MS office/word and strong computer skills
Minimum 1 year of personal lines experience
Working knowledge of Broker Management, quoting software and portal experience (Intact and Aviva Insurance)
Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
Have a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team, yet disciplined to work independently.
