Take the lead in patient care at Weyburn Special Care Home as a Patient Care Supervisor. This full-time temporary position focuses on clinical direction and staffing within an acute environment.

In this critical role, you will provide 24-hour oversight to ensure continuous access to safe patient care, making essential decisions regarding patient movement and resource management. Working closely with patients, families, and healthcare personnel, you will enhance care coordination and support, fostering a collaborative environment within the Chronic Resident Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure secure and timely access to patient care services
• Direct daily clinical and administrative operations
• Assess and allocate staffing resources during shifts




• Facilitate interdepartmental patient movement and coordination
• Develop key clinical protocols and outcome standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or valid nursing diploma
• Registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
• Current Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Proven leadership and operational skills in healthcare
• Ability to manage complex clinical situations
