Lead the collections division at WorkplaceNL as the Collections Manager. Ensure compliance with the Workplace Health Safety and Compensation Act, while optimizing collections processes.

In this managerial role, you'll oversee daily operations of the collections division, guiding staff performance and strategy. Your responsibilities include setting objectives, engaging team members, and approving legal actions while ensuring adherence to established policies. You will also play a key role in system modernization and staff training to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day collections administration and staff direction
• Establish and monitor operational goals and objectives
• Approve account adjustments per policy and procedure




• Consult staff on contentious issues and solutions
• Deliver training on policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Commerce with an accounting focus
• Five years of progressive management experience
• Five years in accounting or collections experience
• Training in systems design and implementation
• Strong communication and analytical skills
